Twenty-five years ago, St. Bernard Prep School opened with an enrollment of twenty-eight, ninth and tenth grade students.  During the 2007-08 academic year, a middle school program was added for seventh and eighth grade students.  Today the school has a total enrollment of 166 students in grades seven through twelve.

On April 17-18, 2010 St Bernard Prep will host the 26^th Annual Bloomin’ Festival Arts and Crafts Fair to support the operating budget of the school as well as the scholarship fund.  More than 150 artist and craftspeople come for the weekend to demonstrate, display and sell their work to the 25,000 loyal visitors.  The show is juried allowing only handcrafted items, and has been recognized by the Southeastern Tourism Society as a Top 20 event in the Southeastern United States.  The school also holds a give-away of new automobile and other valuable prizes at the conclusion of the show.

However, the show requires much planning and cooperation.  We are blessed to have the support of the community, and to work with volunteers who make sure the weekend is a success.  We invite you to become a sponsor and join us in our endeavor.    We have developed a marketing plan to put your business in front of 25,000 people.  Annually the school spends $15,000 advertising Bloomin’ Festival.  Why not take advantage of one of our outstanding marketing package levels?

We would be delighted to have you join us in the work we do with Bloomin’ Festival.  Every person associated with St. Bernard has been invited to volunteer time throughout the entire weekend to produce a fun-filled family atmosphere.  Together we can preserve our heritage by sharing our community with others to enhance people’s lives through creative expression of the arts and music.  

A Bloomin’ Festival 5K Run will be held as part of the 26^th Annual Bloomin’ Festival with race proceeds benefiting St. Bernard Prep.

To be included in all printed material, it is necessary to have your information to me by December 15.  Payment can be made in January.  To participate, complete the Bloomin' Festival Sponsor Form and email me a jpg image of your logo.  We look forward to your partnership with us in making the 26^th Annual Bloomin’ Festival our best yet!
