Bloomin’ Festival is a two-day juried arts and craft fair held outdoors on the St. Bernard campus. Please review the festival rules below before you apply.
Festival rules and information
A few important details to help your weekend run smoothly.
01Hours and setup
The festival is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Setup can begin on the Friday before the festival. Booths must be set up and ready for business by 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
02Artwork and media
No imports, commercial items or kits.
03Displays and equipment
All tables must be covered uniformly to the ground. Bring your own racks, tables, chairs and covers. The coordinator may remove any item or exhibit that is in bad taste or was not previously approved.
04Booth space
Each booth is approximately 12′ × 12′. If your booth doesn’t fit into one space, consider purchasing two.
05Parking
Motor homes, travel trailers and vehicles larger than a standard van are prohibited. Standard vehicles and small trailers may park in the school parking lot. Local campgrounds can accommodate weekend vendors.
06Conduct and help
No pets are allowed. Alcohol and drugs will not be tolerated. Bring all problems to the show director in the festival headquarters.

Entry fee
$275.00
Payable upon acceptance
Electricity: Limited electricity is available. Add $25.00 if you need it.
Payment: Make checks payable to St. Bernard Prep School.
With your application: Include two photos (one of your work and one of your booth display) and a self-addressed stamped envelope.
